When can I expect to receive my order?

If you place your order before 12:00 a.m., we will begin processing it on the same business day. Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process, followed by an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days within the United States.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to track your order.

Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Orders under $100: $4.99 flat shipping fee

  • Orders of $100 or more: Free shipping

The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What is the status of my order?

We apologize for any delays that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays, adverse weather conditions, or high order volumes.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 3 business days before contacting our customer support team.

I would like to return an item. What should I do?

If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@navenwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In their original packaging

  • With all tags intact
